If the movie becomes a succes...

Post by Etex » Thu May 26, 2011 6:01 pm

I was just wondering, if the movie becomes a succes, will a sequel then be considered?

We're pretty anti-sequel here in general, so it's unlikely. Also, the story doesn't really give a good jumping-off point for a sequel, really -- though that doesn't stop the big name studios ;)

Be careful though. Those big comapanies will be begging for a sequel and will try to pay alot of money for it, of course if the movie does become a big success (Which i know it will :cheese: . But i can't wait to see it.

The big companies will have no say in what we do or what we don't. We've worked very hard to stay indie and we're not interested in their money -- or their input.

I dunno, I think "Lizzie: Ninja Warrior" would be a pretty good sequel myself, since Lizzie is a martial arts expert and I'd like to see more on that front....woops! Spoilers!

It will be a success, and i had a great idea!
What if a company, instead of offering to make a sequel, offered to make a 3D version of it? Would you let them? it would be cool to see the entire movie alone, but in 3D too! that would be amazing!

They already did!

It didn't do very well though.

Probably cause they kinda butchered the story. They aged Lizzie up a bit and made it a romantic comedy between her and Jack. I did like that Berny keeps sitting on everyone, though!

Hehe! Nice trick! I wouldn't be surprised if someone fell for it.

They would have to be pretty, ahem, dumb to fall for that. Really, they don't even look like actual wolves in any way, shape, or form. And they definently don'y act like wolves, either! It is nothing at all like Wolf.

I know. I got scared when they started to dance and do the howl singing thing. I wish the animators didn't just throw the characters together like they did.

Ack! That was the absolute worst part of it! I wonder what the director was thinking!

The director probably didn't come up with it, it was a producer with big giant dollar signs bulging out of his eyes.

Probably drooling, too. Spouting things like "MERCHANDISING!!!" and slavering as he headed down the hall to a meeting with Mattel or Hasbro.
